An offline-first Expo/React Native app for small textile and school-uniform manufacturers, tracking procurement, production batches, sales, worker pay, and payments entirely on-device behind a PIN lock.
Problem
Small manufacturers run their whole operation — cloth purchases, who owes what, converting raw material into finished pieces, worker pay, chasing overdue cheques — on paper or in someone's head, often without reliable internet on the factory floor.
Solution
A single-user, PIN-locked app where every entity (a cloth lot, a manufacturing batch, a sale, a worker's pay) is a first-class record: procurement with auto-assigned lot numbers, a 3-step manufacturing batch wizard with per-stage labour costing, separate wholesale/retail sales tracking, a worker dues screen covering both fixed-salary and freelance per-batch pay, and a payables/receivables tracker with one-tap WhatsApp payment reminders. Fully offline — no backend, no account, all data stays on the device.
Outcome
In active development, not yet shipped to a client or app store. The full operational loop (procurement → manufacturing → sales → worker pay → payments/expenses/reports) is built and working end-to-end on-device, with CSV/JSON export and backup-restore already in place.
